WP SEO AI in Amsterdam is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to own outbound pipeline for the German market. You will engage business owners and decision-makers, driving international expansion and building strong relationships from the first contact.

You will join a driven sales team with targets of 30 meetings per month and a mix of base salary and uncapped incentives, reflecting performance and growth in a fast-paced scale-up.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German with good command of English.
• Experience in outbound sales and customer contact.
• Preferably aBachelor’s degree or higher.
• Interest in Tech and Marketing.
• Positive, proactive mindset with persistence in sales.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into real opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on outbound conversations.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by our RevOps team so you can focus on what you do best, engaging and booking meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and maximise conversions.
• Analyse your performance, share insights and keep improving every week.
