Purpose of Role
As part of EMEA Supply Chain, you will be responsible for executing the day‑to‑day orderbook management for your accounts. You will connect with UA customers and internal stakeholders across several channels of communication. You will be measured on achieving KPIs and goals for both your function and POD, with a focus on execution today. The role works closely with the Regional Sales team, Planners, and all other Supply Chain pillars, particularly Logistics & Distribution. Travel to the regional hub and regular visits to key customers are expected.
Your Impact
Orderbook Management
- Track and maintain orders and be accountable for all KPIs related to your order book.
- Follow processes and procedures of both the function and the POD.
- Work daily in a variety of systems including SAP, BI, B2B and Excel.
- Ensure a working knowledge of the entire order cycle.
- Actively support the UA DH team and cross‑functional teammates.
Analysis and Communication
- Run and analyze daily, weekly and monthly reports according to service level agreements.
- Communicate proactively, professionally, efficiently and tactfully with accounts, sales, logistics and all other cross‑functional areas.
Problem Solving and Enquiries
- Effectively problem‑solve to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products to accounts.
- Handle a variety of supply‑chain related enquiries in a timely manner.
- Adapt to any new IT upgrades (SAP, B2B, BI), new processes, new applications and/or scenarios.
Additional Level Expectations
- Functional expertise: Super user for any IT upgrades, new processes or applications; support functional SAP training across AS team (x‑POD); be involved in onboarding and progress for AS (including policies and procedures).
- First backup to Manager from a POD and regional point of view; handle escalations, drive RTB and intake plan reporting, lead team meetings, account visits and scorecards; mentor less experienced teammates.
- Drive projects and process improvements – identify gaps in current processes to drive further business improvements focused on efficiency, service level and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP is preferred.
- 2+ years’ experience in supply‑chain operations or customer‑service team‑focused roles.
- High level of competency for customer service.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Highly effective communicator with the ability to summarize and present complex data.
- Proficiency in Business Objects based reporting.
- Knowledge of enterprise management systems and CRM solutions (SAP preferred).
Workplace Location
- Must reside within commuting distance of the Amsterdam office.
- On‑site work required for 4 days per week.
- No travel required.
Relocation
Base Compensation
€50,000.00 – €65,000.00 EUR annually. Total rewards include performance‑based earnings and a competitive benefits package.
