Job summary

Under Armour in Amsterdam is seeking a Manager Inventory & Allocations to lead the I&A team and ensure optimal inventory allocation across EMEA. You will act as SME, drive improvements, and partner with regional and global stakeholders to support LRP goals.

You will guide daily operations, oversee data accuracy, and advocate best practices in inventory movements, ATP, and reporting, while fostering a high-performance, collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics Management and/or analytical field is required.
• Proven system and process knowledge related to order management and inventory management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA) in PTP or OTC areas is preferred.
• Strong data visualization skills using tools like Tableau.
• Excellent Excel skills and knowledge of MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Inventory & Allocations team in daily tasks and projects.
• Optimize inventory allocation and accuracy across core systems for EMEA.
• Manage allocations, transfers, and discrepancy resolutions with stores and partners.
• Develop roadmap inputs for I&A aligned with LRP and regional leadership.
• Standardize SOPs and maintain a knowledge center for I&A across regions.
• Provide SME input and participate in global/regional projects affecting I&A.
