Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an Oracle Pre-Sales Solution Architect in the Netherlands. The role is hybrid, combining office-based collaboration with client-facing engagement across EMEA. You will translate client priorities into secure, scalable roadmaps and lead solutioning for complex Oracle opportunities.

You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through RFPs/RFIs and design AI-enabled Oracle solutions using Fusion Cloud,OCI Generative AI, and AI Agent Studio to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading the solutioning of medium to large Oracle pursuits in pre-sales, solution architecture or consulting.
• Broad knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, OCI, data platforms and integrations.
• Experience coordinating RFPs/RFIs and multi-workstream efforts across functional/technical areas.

About the role

As an Oracle Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will make an impact by shaping innovative Oracle transformation solutions that combine cloud, data and artificial intelligence to deliver measurable business value.

You will be a valued member of Cognizant’s Oracle Centre of Excellence for Global Growth Markets, working collaboratively with sales, account, industry, functional and technology teams across the EMEA region. You will engage directly with clients, translate their business priorities into secure and scalable solution roadmaps, and lead the solutioning of complex Oracle opportunities.

In this role, you will:

• Lead client discovery conversations and Oracle readiness assessments, identifying priority business outcomes, transformation opportunities, AI use cases and adoption considerations.
• Shape differentiated Oracle transformation solutions across ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, data, integration, cloud infrastructure, security and change management.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams through complex pursuits, including requests for proposal and requests for information, from initial qualification and solution strategy through proposal development and client presentation.
• Design AI-enabled solutions using Oracle Fusion Cloud embedded AI, Oracle AI Agent Studio and OCI Generative AI services, including agent orchestration, workflow integration, enterprise data grounding, human approvals, monitoring and traceability.
• Develop compelling business cases, demonstrations and phased transformation roadmaps that connect Oracle and AI capabilities to measurable outcomes, including productivity, improved decision-making, enhanced user experience and reduced operational effort.

What you need to have to be considered

• Significant experience leading the solutioning of medium to large Oracle pursuits and transformation programs in a pre-sales, solution architecture or consulting role.
• Broad knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem, including Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, data platforms, integrations and cross-functional dependencies.
• Demonstrated experience leading requests for proposal and requests for information and coordinating functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, cloud enablement and change management workstreams.
• Experience conducting Oracle assessments and translating business priorities, technology requirements, data readiness, risk and total cost considerations into phased roadmaps and business cases.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor and present solution strategies, architectures and value propositions to senior business and technology leaders.

These will help you stand out

• Hands-on understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud embedded AI and Oracle AI Agent Studio, including agent design, orchestration, tools, security and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of OCI AI services and enterprise AI architecture patterns, including generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, APIs and secure integration with Oracle and non‑Oracle data sources.
• Experience establishing responsible AI and security‑by‑design controls covering identity and access, data privacy, model risk, prompt and output controls, auditability, observability and human oversight.
• Experience creating AI-enabled demonstrations, prototypes, proof‑of‑value engagements and executive‑level reference architectures.
• Relevant industry and business‑process knowledge, with the ability to build credibility and connect Oracle capabilities to practical client outcomes.
