Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking an Operational Support to help keep daily warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly. You will be a key contact for system users, resolving issues and supporting data-related questions across Operations, Inventory, Customer Service, and IT.

You will analyze root causes, implement process improvements, and train colleagues in procedures and systems to ensure high-quality operation and service levels.

Qualifications

• Analytical and solution-focused mindset with the ability to translate issues into practical solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations is essential.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems, plus Jira/EMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily warehouse and logistics operation.
• Analyze and resolve operational, system and data-related issues.
• Manage and maintain customer and system data.
• Support users with questions about systems and processes.
• Test system and process changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Train and support colleagues in procedures and systems.
• Monitor quality and ensure processes are followed correctly.
• Work with cross-functional teams to improve performance and service quality.
