Job summary

Rhenus Group Netherlands seeks an Operational Support to keep daily warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly, serving as a primary contact for system users and guiding them on system, process and data questions.

You will proactively identify issues, drive root-cause improvements, train colleagues, and collaborate with Operations, Inventory, Customer Service and IT to raise performance and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily warehouse and logistics operation.
• Analyze and resolve operational, system and data-related issues.
• Manage and maintain customer and system data.
• Support users with questions about systems and processes.
• Test system and process changes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.
• Train and support colleagues in procedures and systems.
• Monitor quality and ensure processes are followed correctly.
• Work closely with different teams to improve operational performance and service quality.
