Job summary

Rhenus Logistics is seeking an Operational Support to help keep daily warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly. You will be a key contact for system users, resolving issues and supporting data-related questions across Operations, Inventory, Customer Service, and IT.

You will analyze root causes, implement process improvements, and train colleagues in procedures and systems to ensure high-quality operation and service levels.

Qualifications

• Analytical and solution-focused mindset with the ability to translate issues into practical solutions.
• Experience or knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations is essential.
• Proactive approach to process improvement and problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills and customer-service orientation.
• Familiarity with WMS and SAP systems, plus Jira/EMS is a plus.

As Operational Support, you help keep our daily warehouse and logistics operations running smoothly. You are an important point of contact for operational system users and support them with system, process and data-related questions.

You don't just solve problems when they occur. You also look at what caused them and how processes can be improved to prevent them in the future. You work closely with colleagues from Operations, Inventory, Customer Service and IT.

You also have:

• Knowledge of logistics and warehouse operations
• Knowledge of WMS and SAP
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of or experience with Jira and or EMS
• A customer- and service-oriented mindset
• Good communication skills
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
