What you will do:
- Operate and set up machines: Set up and adjust machines and robots according to product specifications and work instructions.
- Metalworking: Work with processes such as pressing and cold forming of metal.
- Monitor the production process: Keep a close eye on the production process and make adjustments when necessary.
- Quality control: Inspect products, welds, coatings and dimensions, and perform leak tests and other quality checks.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical and technical faults and report major issues to the Technical Service department.
- Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
- Registration: Record production quantities, material usage, working hours, machine breakdowns and rejected products in the ERP system.
- Process improvement: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce material waste and optimize production processes.
- Work safely: Follow all applicable health, safety, quality and HSEQ guidelines.
- Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and support less experienced team members when required.
You will work in 2- shifts:
Morning 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00)
Afternoon 15:00-0:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00)

- Experience in a technical production environment or metalworking is a plus.
- Experience with cold forming of metal is a plus.
- Good technical understanding and an interest in machinery and production processes.
- Experience using hand and power tools.
- Experience with quality control and measuring equipment is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions.
- Accurate, independent and process-oriented way of working.
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
- Strong focus on safety and quality.
