As a production worker, you are an important part of our production process. You make sure materials get to the right place and that everything on the production floor runs smoothly and safely. Your responsibilities include:
Carrying out manual sorting activities.
Supplying and removing materials and ensuring a smooth flow of materials.
Supporting the operation of various machines and installations.
Monitoring the production process and making sure everything runs smoothly.
Identifying and reporting irregularities, blockages and unsafe situations.
Helping your colleagues when needed.
Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe.
Following all applicable safety, quality and work instructions.
You will be active throughout the day and work together with your colleagues towards one common goal: keeping production running safely, smoothly and efficiently.

A diploma or previous experience in production is not required. We value your motivation, commitment and willingness to learn more than your experience.

A gross monthly salary between €2,600 and €2,800, depending on your knowledge and experience.

You will work in a two-shift system:
Morning shift: 06:00-14:45
Evening shift: 14:15-23:00
Our production runs from Monday to Saturday, but this does not mean you will work every Saturday. On average, you will work one Saturday per month. And there is something extra in it for you: you will receive an additional allowance for working on Saturdays.
