As a Machine Operator, you are responsible for efficiently setting up, adjusting, and operating production machines. You monitor the quality and quantity of production, perform regular quality checks, and take immediate action if deviations occur. You resolve minor technical issues yourself or elevate them to the technical service department when necessary.
You also guide and support the production team working on your line. Safety is your top priority, and you ensure all procedures are strictly followed. Keeping your workspace clean and organized is part of your daily routine. You actively contribute to process improvements and work according to food safety standards.
In this role, you will work in 3 shifts: 07:00 – 15:00 / 15:00 – 23:00 / 23:00 – 07:00.
