Job summary

Aalberts in Almere zoekt een medewerker productie voor een 40-urige werkweek in een technische omgeving. Je werkt met moderne machines en volgwaardige productieprocessen; je registreert productie, verbruik en uren in het ERP-systeem.

Je hebt affiniteit met meetinstrumenten, leest technische tekeningen en draagt bij aan veiligheid en kwaliteit. Ervaring in metaalbewerking is een plus; de twee ploegendienst vereist.

Qualifications

• Technische productie-omgeving of metaalbewerking ervaring is een plus.
• Ervaring met koud vormgegeven van metaal is een plus.
• Technisch inzicht en interesse in machines en productieprocessen.
• Ervaring met hand- en elektrisch gereedschap.
• Kennis van kwaliteitscontrole en meetapparatuur is een plus.
• In staat technische tekeningen en werkinstructies te lezen.
• Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en procesgericht werken.
• Bereid om in 2-ploegendienst te werken.
• Sterke focus op veiligheid en kwaliteit.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en afstellen van machines/ robots volgens productspecificaties en werkinstructies.
• Metaalbewerking: persen en koud vormen van metaal.
• Toezicht houden op productie en zo nodig bijsturen.
• Kwaliteitscontrole van producten, lassen, coatings en afmetingen.
• Identificeren en oplossen van kleine mechanische/technische storingen.
• Onderhouden en schoonmaken van machines.
• Registreren van productiehoeveelheden en verbruik in ERP-systeem.
• Bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen en efficiëntie.
• Veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen naleven.
• Samenwerking met collega’s en opleiden van minder ervaren teamleden.

Job description

Wat je gaat doen

• Operate and set up machines: Set up and adjust machines and robots according to product specifications and work instructions.
• Metalworking: Work with processes such as pressing and cold forming of metal.
• Monitor the production process: Keep a close eye on the production process and make adjustments when necessary.
• Quality control: Inspect products, welds, coatings and dimensions, and perform leak tests and other quality checks.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve minor mechanical and technical faults and report major issues to the Technical Service department.
• Maintenance: Perform basic preventive maintenance and cleaning of machines.
• Registration: Record production quantities, material usage, working hours, machine breakdowns and rejected products in the ERP system.
• Process improvement: Contribute ideas to improve efficiency, reduce material waste and optimize production processes.
• Work safely: Follow all applicable health, safety, quality and HSEQ guidelines.
• Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and support less experienced team members when required.

You will work in 2- shifts:
Morning 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00)
Afternoon 15:00-0:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00)

• Accurate, independent and process-oriented way of working.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
