Job summary

Aalberts in Almere zoekt een Metal Production Worker om samen met collega’s metalen onderdelen te produceren en af te werken met moderne machines. Je krijgt training om het productieproces te leren en toe te passen.

Taken zijn onder meer assemblage, het bedienen van machines, controleren op kwaliteit en veiligheid, en zorgen voor een schone, geordende werkplek. De functie kent een tweeploegendienst en biedt doorgroeimansen.

Qualifications

• Geïnteresseerd in technologie, productie of metaalbewerking.
• Praktische en nauwkeurige werkhouding.
• Oog voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
• Motivatie om nieuwe taken te leren en machines te bedienen.

Responsibilities

• Monteren en bevestigen van metalen onderdelen volgens werkinstructies.
• Bedienen van verschillende productie machines.
• Leren instellen en controleren van machines.
• Kwaliteitscontrole van producten op maten en functionaliteit.
• Deviaties signaleren en melden aan je supervisor.
• Onderhouden van machines en opruimen van de werkplek.

Wat je gaat doen

As a Metal Production Worker, you will work together with your colleagues to produce and finish metal components. You will work with modern machinery and receive proper training to help you learn the production process.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assembling and mounting metal components according to work instructions;
• Operating various production machines;
• Learning how to set up and check machines;
• Checking products for quality, dimensions and functionality;
• Identifying deviations and reporting them to your supervisor;
• Performing basic maintenance and keeping machines and the workplace clean;
• Packaging finished products and preparing them for shipment;
• Following safety and quality procedures;
• Contributing ideas to improve the production process.

Working hours 2 shifts:
Morning: 06:00-15:00 (Friday 06:00-12:00).
Afternoon: 15:00-00:00 (Friday 12:00-18:00).

You have:

• An interest in technology, production or metalworking;
• A practical and accurate approach to work;

• The willingness to work in a 2-shift schedule;
• Your own transportation to the location in Almere.

Experience as a Production Worker, Assembly Worker, Machine Operator or Operator is a plus, but not required.
