Intro

Are you an experienced operator who enjoys solving technical problems instead of simply operating a machine? Earn €18.44 gross per hour + 13.3% shift allowance + 4.98% ADV, bringing your total pay to approximately €21.81 gross per hour, and take the next step in your technical career.

This is what you will do

As a Technical Allround Assembly Operator, you will have much more responsibility than a standard machine operator. You will work with different assembly machines and production lines, ensuring that the entire process runs safely, efficiently, and according to quality standards. You will set up and convert machines, monitor production, make adjustments, and investigate technical problems when something goes wrong.

When a machine stops, you are expected to first analyze the problem yourself and, where possible, solve minor mechanical or technical faults independently. For more complex issues, you will work together with the technical maintenance department. You will work 40 hours per week in a three-shift system. The base salary is €18.44 gross per hour, plus a 13.3% shift allowance and 4.98% ADV allowance, resulting in approximately €21.81 gross per hour including these allowances.

• Setting up, operating, and converting assembly machines and production lines
