Job summary

Carriere in Etten-Leur zoekt een Operator voor een moderne productieomgeving. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de bediening van machines en kwaliteitsbewaking, met nauwkeurige productie-registratie en naleving van veiligheid.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst (07:00–15:00 en 15:00–23:00) en krijgt doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen een internationale organisatie die innovatie, veiligheid en teamwork hoog in het vaandel heeft staan.

Qualifications

• Minimaal MBO Niveau 2 (voorkeur)
• Ervaring als Operator/Productie-medewerker is een voordeel
• Bereidheid tot ploegendiensten
• Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en veiligheid
• Goede Nederlandse en/of Engelse taal
• Teamwork en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van machines en zorgdragen voor een soepele productie
• Bewaken van productkwaliteit en het registreren van resultaten
• Signaleren en afhandelen van afwijkingen in productie
• Onderhouden van productie- en kwaliteitsdocumentatie
• Samenwerken met technische dienst bij complexere issues
• Zorgen voor schone en georganiseerde werkplek volgens veiligheidsregels

Over de functie

As an Operator, you are responsible for the smooth operation of the production process. You operate machinery and ensure that everything runs efficiently and according to plan. At the same time, you carefully monitor the quality of the products.

You regularly check production results, identify deviations, and take action when necessary. You perform minor technical tasks independently, while for more complex issues, you work together with the technical department. You are also responsible for maintaining accurate production records.

Safety and cleanliness are essential aspects of your work. You keep your workstation clean and organized and follow all applicable health and safety regulations. By working closely with the team, you contribute to the continuous improvement of production processes.

You work in a two-shift system:

• 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Wat wij vragen

• At least an MBO Level 2 qualification (preferred)
• Experience as an Operator, Production Worker, or in a technical position is an advantage
• Willingness to work shifts
• Accuracy and attention to quality, cleanliness, and safety
• Flexibility and the ability to work well under pressure
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Ability to work as part of a team and a strong sense of responsibility
