Job summary

StudentJob zoekt een Operator voor een internationaal georiënteerde productieomgeving. Je zorgt ervoor dat het productieproces soepel verloopt, bestuurt machines en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de producten.

Daarnaast registreer je productiegegevens en onderhoud je een schone, georganiseerde werkplek. Je werkt in een 2-ploegensysteem met werktijden van 07:00-15:00 en 15:00-23:00, met mogelijkheden voor verdere groei en training.

Qualifications

• Beheerst Engels (vaardigheid)
• Foutloze administratie en nauwkeurigheid in productiegegevens
• Samenwerken in team en veilig werken

Responsibilities

• Bedienen van productie machines en bewaken van het proces volgens planning
• Signaleren en corrigerend handelen bij afwijkingen
• Registreren van productiegegevens en onderhouden van orde en netheid
• Samenwerken met de technische dienst bij complexere problemen
• Uitvoeren van korte technische taken en naleven van veiligheidsvoorschriften

Over de functie

In this role as an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the production process running smoothly. You operate machines and ensure everything runs efficiently and according to schedule. At the same time, you closely monitor the quality of the products.

You regularly check the output, identify deviations, and take action when necessary. You handle minor technical tasks independently, and for more complex issues, you coordinate with the technical department. In addition, you accurately record production data and maintain clear administration.

Safety and cleanliness are important in your work. You ensure your workplace remains organized and that you follow all applicable guidelines. Together with your colleagues, you continuously work on improving the production process.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 7:00-15:00
• 15:00-23:00

Wat wij vragen

• Minimum completed MBO level 2 education (preferred)
• Experience as an Operator, production worker, or in a technical role is a plus
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift system
• Accurate working attitude with attention to quality, order, and safety
• Flexible and stress-resistant mindset
• Good command of Dutch and/or English
• Team player with a sense of responsibility
