Job summary

StudentJob zoekt een ervaren Forklift / Reachtruck Operator voor een internationale productieorganisatie in Etten-Leur. Je verplaatst materialen veilig binnen de productie en zorgt dat ze tijdig beschikbaar zijn voor productie.

Je werkt in een tweeploegendienst (7:00-15:00 en 15:00-23:00) met focus op veiligheid, nauwkeurigheid en samenwerking. Vereisten zijn MBO niveau 2 en ervaring met heftruck/reachtruck; beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels.

Qualifications

• Minimaal afgeronde MBO niveau 2
• Ervaring met heftruck en reachtruck
• Bereid om in 3-ploegendienst te werken
• Nauwkeurigheid en aandacht voor veiligheid en orde
• Flexibele en stressbestendige instelling
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en/of Engels
• Teamspeler met verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
• Certificering voor heftruck is een pluspunt

Responsibilities

• Materialen veilig verplaatsen en beschikbaar houden voor productie
• Regelmatig controle van ladingen en bij afwijkingen handelen
• Kleine technische aanpassingen aan hef- of reachtruck zelfstandig uitvoeren
• Loon- en materiaalregistraties bijhouden en documentatie up-to-date houden
• Samenwerken met collega's en bijdragen aan procesverbeteringen in magazijn en productie

Over de functie

As a Forklift / Reachtruck Operator, you are responsible for safely moving and handling materials within the production facility. You ensure that materials are transported efficiently, stored correctly, and available when needed for production.

You regularly check loads, identify issues, and take action when necessary. Minor technical adjustments to the forklift/reachtruck you handle independently, while larger issues are reported to the technical department. You also maintain accurate records of transported materials and related documentation.

Safety and cleanliness are critical. You keep your work area organized and follow all safety guidelines. Working closely with your colleagues, you contribute to continuous improvements in material handling and warehouse operations.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 7:00-15:00

• 15:00-23:00

in an environment where teamwork and efficiency are key.
