Job summary

Uitzendbureau in de omgeving Nijmegen zoekt een Operator voor een 3-ploegendienst. Je zorgt voor een vlotte productie, stelt machines af, voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en werkt nauw samen met een hecht team.

Wij bieden een fulltime positie, een maandelijks bruto salaris tussen 3.500 en 3.700 euro incl. ADV en ploegentoeslag, 25 vakantiedagen, reiskostenvergoeding en een uitgebreid onboarding-traject.

Qualifications

• Je beheerst Engels (goede communicatieve vaardigheden)
• MBO-niveau diploma of gelijkwaardig, technisch profiel is een plus

Responsibilities

• Besturen, afstellen en bijstellen van productieapparatuur
• Veranderen van productielijnen en instellen volgens diverse orders
• Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en meetresultaten registreren
• Kleine preventieve onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren en storingen voorkomen
• Zorgen voor continue materiaalstroom en voorraadbeheer op de lijn
• melden van verbeteringen en ideeën om het proces te optimaliseren
• Veilig werken en het werkgebied schoon en ordelijk houden

Wat je gaat doen

As an Operator, you play an important role in the production process. You ensure that the machines run efficiently and that the products meet the required quality standards. You will work in a small and friendly team where cooperation, sharing knowledge and supporting each other are highly valued.

The working environment is dynamic and varied, making technical insight, accuracy and flexibility important qualities. You will receive proper training and guidance from experienced colleagues, giving you the opportunity to quickly become familiar with the machines and production processes and further develop your technical skills.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating, setting and adjusting various production machines;
• Changing over and setting up production lines for different production orders;
• Carrying out quality checks and recording measurement results;
• Performing minor preventive maintenance and resolving minor technical issues to prevent downtime;
• Ensuring a continuous supply of materials and keeping the production line properly stocked;
• Identifying potential improvements and actively contributing ideas to optimize the production process;
• Working safely and keeping your workplace clean and organized;
• Working closely with colleagues and team leaders to achieve production targets.

Functie-eisen

We are looking for an operator who is technically skilled, takes responsibility and likes to think ahead. Do you recognize yourself in the following?

• You have MBO-level education or an equivalent level of working and thinking, preferably in a technical field;
• You have previous experience as an operator or process operator and are ready for a new challenge;
• You are available to work in a 3-shift system;
• You have a good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus;
• You work accurately and have a strong focus on quality and safety;
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team;
• You are eager to learn and motivated to further develop your technical skills;
• You have your own accommodation in the Nijmegen area and your own means of transportation to get to work.
