Job summary

Uitzendbureau in Etten-Leur zoekt een Operator verantwoordelijk voor het soepel laten draaien van het productieproces. Je bedient moderne machines, controleert de productkwaliteit en onderneemt actie bij afwijkingen. Je werkt in een 3-ploegensysteem en hebt veel verantwoordelijkheid in een dynamische productieomgeving.

De functie biedt een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.175 en €3.810 inclusief ploegentoeslag, evenals goede arbeidsvoorwaarden en kansen voor carrièreontwikkeling.

As an Operator, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently. You operate the machines, monitor the process closely and check whether products meet the required quality standards. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production stays on schedule.

These are your tasks:

• You operate and set up production machines
• You monitor the production process and take action when deviations occur
• You carry out quality checks on products and processes
• You solve minor malfunctions and call for support when needed
• You maintain a clean, safe and organized workplace

You will work in a 3-shift system with working hours from 06:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00 and 22:00 to 06:00. You work according to a fixed schedule and rotate between shifts. Currently, you work an average of 35 hours per week, including 4 night shifts. This will soon be adjusted to a full-time working week of 37.5 hours.

€3.175-€3.810 per maand
