Job summary

Carriere zoekt een precisie medewerker voor onze productielijn om machines te bedienen, op te tellen en te controleren op kwaliteit. Je werkt in een toegewijd productie-team aan een veilige, efficiënte en soepele productieomgeving.

Qualifications

• MBO-niveau opleiding of gelijke ervaring vereist.
• Ervaring in productie is een pré.

Responsibilities

• Bedienen en instellen van productielijnen.
• Proces bewaken en kwaliteit controleren.
• Onderhoud uitvoeren en eenvoudige machineproblemen oplossen.
• Productiegegevens registreren.
• Informatie doorgeven bij ploegoverdracht en afwijkingen melden.
• Veiligheids- en productieprocedures volgen.
• Nauw samenwerken met het productie team.
• Bijdragen aan procesoptimalisatie.

In this role, you will be responsible for operating and setting up machines, monitoring the production process and checking product quality. You will work as part of a dedicated production team and contribute to a safe, efficient and smooth production process.

Requirements

• MBO-level education or equivalent work experience.
• Production experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of operating and setting up machines.
• Accurate and responsible approach to work.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work in a 2- or 3-shift system.
• Willingness to work with the company on a long-term basis.

• Operating and setting up production lines.

Wat wij bieden

• Gross salary of €2,697–€3,806 per month, depending on experience and knowledge.
• Full-time employment – 40 hours per week.
• 12% shift allowance for a 2-shift system or 21.5% for a 3-shift system.
