Job summary
Flink is seeking a Shift Lead (m/f/d) in the Netherlands to be the right-hand of the Hub Manager. You will lead on the floor, supervise pickers and riders, and ensure orders leave the hub on time and in great condition.
The role combines hands-on operations with leadership responsibilities, covering productivity, safety, and staff development. The position includes salary ranging from €15.96 to €17.14 per hour gross, plus benefits and career growth within Flink.
Qualifications
- You enjoy working with people.
- You are hands-on and lead by example on the floor.
- You remain calm in stressful situations and motivate the team daily.
- You have some managerial experience in logistics, retail and/or catering.
- You are available for at least 24 hours per week.
- You are available to work evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example on the floor, guiding and supporting pickers and riders during your shift.
- Own productivity and safety during your shift, keeping operations tight.
- Hands-on involvement in picking, packing and inbounding tasks.
- Act as right-hand to Hub Manager and step in during absence to keep orders moving quickly.
- Oversee safety, people development, inventory, equipment checks, hygiene, and onboarding.
