Job summary

Park Plaza Eindhoven is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee the hotel’s guest experience and service delivery across all departments. The role acts as deputy to the General Manager in a dynamic, smaller hotel environment, balancing hands-on operations with leadership development.

You will lead daily operations, support Heads of Department, and drive performance while maintaining brand standards, guest satisfaction, and financial targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in hotel management or similar leadership role.
• Ability to lead multiple departments in a smaller hotel setting.
• Excellent Dutch and English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Protect brand standards and guest experience across all departments.
• Use reporting tools to support operational and commercial decision-making, drive productivity and cost control.
• Lead Heads of Department and develop leadership across the team.
• Ensure compliance with policies, regulations and data protection standards.
