• Proven experience in hotel management roles, ready to step into Operations Manager
• Hands-on operational mindset across F&B and front office
• Experience managing teams and daily hotel operations
• Able to operate in a smaller hotel structure and take ownership
• Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands
