Logistics Associate - Logistics / Warehouse

We are looking for a global CDMO supporting the development and manufacture of life-changing therapies. As the site continues to grow, we are looking for Logistics Associates to join the GMP Warehouse & Logistics team. In this role, you will support the movement of materials across the facility, from incoming goods and inventory management through to final product shipment. You will play an important part in maintaining GMP compliance, product quality, and supply chain continuity while supporting the manufacture of advanced therapies.
What you will do
- Perform goods receipt, labelling, storage, inventory management, and material handling activities within a GMP-regulated environment.
- Support material staging, transport, restocking, and supply activities to ensure manufacturing teams have the materials and equipment they need.
- Handle incoming patient materials and maintain accurate chain-of-identity and inventory records.
- Support commercial packing, product shipment activities, and distribution processes in accordance with GMP and GDP requirements.
- Complete and review GMP documentation, inventory logs, and operational records accurately and on time.
- Use SAP and other GMP systems to support daily warehouse and logistics activities.
- Operate and maintain logistics equipment while maintaining safe, clean, and organized work areas.
- Report deviations, quality concerns, equipment issues, or safety observations and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What we are looking for
- Technical, logistics, warehouse, supply chain, scientific, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience within logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food production, or another regulated environment.
- Experience working according to SOPs and quality procedures.
- SAP experience or inventory management system experience is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, planning skills, and a quality-focused mindset.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including nights and weekends.

- working hours: 08:00-16:00, Monday-Sunday. This will change to a shift system:
- 1st shift: 06:00-14:00
- 2nd shift: 12:00-20:00
- €2,650 base monthly salary +8% holiday allowance + 15% shift allowance + 8% bonus + Travel costs!
