Job summary

DP World is seeking a Business Support Analyst in the Netherlands to connect operational performance with data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, IT, and Quality to translate insights into actionable improvements, ensuring service excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs, work with data from various systems, and support continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Description

As a Business Support Analyst, you will play a key role in connecting operational performance, customer requirements, and data-driven decision-making. Working closely with Operations, Customer Service, IT, Quality, and customer stakeholders, you will help ensure that performance insights are translated into meaningful actions that improve service, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This role combines analysis, communication, continuous improvement, and stakeholder management. You will be responsible for monitoring business performance, identifying trends and opportunities, supporting reporting activities, and helping drive operational improvements across the organization. Your work will directly contribute to service excellence, operational effectiveness, and long-term business success.

How You Will Contribute

• Develop, maintain, and communicate operational and customer performance reports, scorecards, KPIs, SLAs, and business reviews.
• Partner with operational departments to ensure accurate information flow and effective communication between internal teams and customers.
• Perform system, customer, and vendor reconciliations to ensure data accuracy and operational integrity.
• Analyze trends, performance metrics, and business data to identify risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions to improve operational performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects and support the development of solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Maintain master data, reporting structures, and business intelligence information to support decision‑making.
• Support training, user acceptance testing, process improvements, and project activities across the business.
• Create, maintain, and improve operational documentation, work instructions, and process descriptions. Monitor operational performance and proactively communicate issues, risks, and opportunities to relevant stakeholders.

What You Will Bring

• Experience analyzing data, performance metrics, or business processes within a logistics, manufacturing, supply chain, customer service, or related environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business improvements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and explain findings clearly to different audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with reporting tools, business systems, or warehouse management systems.
• A continuous improvement mindset, curiosity to investigate root causes, and a proactive approach to solving challenges and supporting business growth.
