Job summary

The Social Hub is looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support and Sales Intern to join our international team at our Amsterdam headquarters. You will help turn enquiries into bookings, spot upsell opportunities, and support guests across Europe through multiple channels.

Gain hands-on experience with systems like Mews and Salesforce while learning how revenue, pricing, and guest satisfaction drive business results. Enrollment for a 5–6 month period begins February 2027.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in English.
• Interest in sales, hospitality, and business.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in an international team.

Responsibilities

• Turn enquiries into bookings by recommending rooms, rates and experiences.
• Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase revenue.
• Assist guests via email, phone, live chat, and other channels.
• Learn how sales, reservations, pricing, and hotel operations work together.
• Collaborate with local teams across Europe to enhance guest stays.
