Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to conduct accurate asset checks and asset identification.
• Experience with IT asset disposition (ITAD) and equipment lifecycle management.
• Strong documentation and record-keeping skills.
• Excellent communication with customers and colleagues.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate asset checks, identification, and scanning of IT equipment.
• Carry out the installation and de-installation of IT assets and related equipment.
• Remove IT equipment from racks and safely pack and prepare assets for transportation.
• Provide on-site and off-site support for a variety of IT projects and operational activities.
• Support IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and IT equipment lifecycle activities.
• Complete all necessary administrative and documentation tasks related to work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, equipment movements, and completed activities.
• Follow all company health, safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate scheduling, site activities, equipment movements, and logistics.
• Report any asset discrepancies, equipment damage, or operational issues to the relevant team members.
