Job summary

NATO in Brunssum, Netherlands, is seeking experienced logistics professionals for a contract (B2B) on-site role. You will receive, label, and move equipment, manage dispositions, and support asset inventories across multiple accounts.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in logistics with IT asset knowledge, are well organized, and hold a driving licence (forklift a plus). This role combines field work with database administration tasks and requires on-site presence.

Qualifications

• EBA Oracle knowledge is a must.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics with IT asset knowledge.
• NATO logistics / asset-management rules are a plus.
• Well organized, hands-on, comfortable in field and database admin.
• Driving licence is a must (forklift licence a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive, label and organise transport of equipment in EBA, and handle the return and disposal of replaced equipment (including ROS letter preparation).
• Transfer equipment between account holders and transport returned equipment to the CSSC.
• Support physical wall-to-wall CIS asset inventories and coordinate inventory with Account Holders (AHs).
• Maintain and update the AH database, locate missing assets, and handle turned-in equipment and disposal.
• Chase AHs as End-of-Tour dates approach and ensure every account has a valid Account Holder.
