Qualifications

• Relevant experience in Asset Management, processing of incoming and outgoing assets.
• Experience with Asset Management tools, for recording and processing of assets.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing system for monitoring and processing of incoming service requests.

Responsibilities

• Processing IT asset deliveries, storage, and shipments.
• Administering and maintaining IT assets in the central database.
• Providing IT assets to local customers in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
