• Provide on-site and off-site support for a variety of IT projects and operational activities.
• Support IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and IT equipment lifecycle activities.
• Complete all necessary administrative and documentation tasks related to work performed.
• Maintain accurate records of assets, equipment movements, and completed activities.
• Follow all company health, safety, security, and operational procedures at all times.
• Work closely with team members to coordinate scheduling, site activities, equipment movements, and logistics.
• Report any asset discrepancies, equipment damage, or operational issues to the relevant team members.

Purpose and objectives of the role

The primary objective of this role is to conduct IT asset checks and manage the deployment, collection, and removal of new and old IT equipment, while supporting day-to-day shopfloor operations.

The role will also involve IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) and IT equipment lifecycle management activities, including asset tracking, equipment refreshes, decommissioning, and preparation of assets for reuse, return, recycling, or disposal.

Main duties and responsibilities

Special requirements

• Hold a valid EU passport and have the right to work in the EU.
• Be resident in the Netherlands.
• Hold a full, valid driving licence, including the appropriate entitlement to drive vehicles of 3.5 tonnes or above, where required.
• Be physically fit, as the role involves manual handling, lifting, loading, and moving IT equipment.
• Have experience or confidence in wrapping, securing, and packing pallets for transportation.
• Be computer literate with good general IT skills.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Have excellent communication skills and a professional approach when working with customers and colleagues.
• Be a fast learner with the ability to quickly understand new processes, equipment, and procedures.
• Be able to work independently as well as effectively as part of a team.
• Have good spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Be willing and able to travel throughout the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and wider EU countries when required.
• Have a customer-focused approach and maintain a professional attitude at all times.
• Be flexible and willing to stay away from home when required to support projects and on-site assignments.
