Job summary

NATO is seeking a logistics specialist for an on-site contract in Brunssum, Netherlands. You will manage transport of equipment, labeling, returns, and disposal while coordinating with NATO teams.

Role requires EBA Oracle knowledge, 5+ years of logistics experience with IT assets, and a valid driving licence (forklift licence a plus). On-site work with field and database duties, supporting asset inventories and account holder coordination.

Qualifications

• EBA Oracle knowledge is a must.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics with working knowledge of IT assets.
• Knowledge of NATO logistics / asset-management rules is a plus.
• Well organised, hands-on, happy to work both in the field and on database admin.
• Driving licence is a must (forklift licence a plus).

Responsibilities

• Receive, label and organise transport of equipment in EBA, and handle the return and disposal of replaced equipment (including ROS letter preparation)
• Transfer equipment between account holders and transport returned equipment to the CSSC
• Support physical wall-to-wall CIS asset inventories and coordinate inventory with Account Holders (AHs)
• Maintain and update the AH database, locate missing assets, and handle turned-in equipment and disposal
• Chase AHs as End-of-Tour dates approach and ensure every account has a valid Account Holder
