Job summary

WLG in Brunssum, Netherlands, seeks an experienced asset management specialist to receive, label and move equipment through EBA; returns and disposal, and ensure records match physical inventory.

The role blends field work and desk duties: tracking assets between account holders, chasing owners, and maintaining a clean accountholder database. A driving license is required; forklift license is a bonus, and knowledge of NATO logistics rules helps.

Qualifications

• At least five years in logistics with real working knowledge of IT assets.
• EBA Oracle knowledge is mandatory.
• A driving licence, with a forklift licence a bonus. NATO logistics rules knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, label and move equipment through EBA; returns and disposal, ROS letters included.
• Transfers between account holders, and getting returned kit back to the support centre.
• Track missing assets down and chase account holders as their end of tour dates approach.
