Job summary

ShipBob is seeking an Onsite Merchant Support Specialist in Rilland, Zeeland, Netherlands. You will monitor inventory controls at partner fulfillment centers and act as the sole ShipBob onsite representative, partnering with leadership to resolve merchant concerns and support scalable operations.

Responsibilities include daily cycle counts, investigating discrepancies, root-cause analysis, and timely merchant responses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with ICQA processes in a 3PL or warehousing environment.
• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System software.
• Experience using an RF Scanner preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently without direct supervision on-site.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; experience communicating with customers or vendors preferred.
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills; build rapport with team members.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and highly adaptive environment.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk 8-10 hr shifts; bend/reach/push-pull as needed.

Responsibilities

• Run daily inventory control processes and cycle counts per SOPs.
• Investigate discrepancies and report significant issues to onsite leadership.
• Perform location checks and reconcile variances within 24-hour SLA.
• Identify root causes of inventory adjustments and drive corrections.
• Respond to merchant/facility requests via ticketing within 2-hour SLA.
• Communicate operational updates to OSS Area Manager and Leaders.
• Present weekly performance reports during business reviews.
