Job summary

ShipBob is hiring an Operations Support Manager to partner with 3PL fulfillment centers, delivering training, onboarding, and ongoing operational support across ShipBob’s dashboard and fulfillment services. The role emphasizes building strong partnerships, driving KPI performance, and ensuring efficient inbound/outbound operations.

On-site travel is required, with collaboration across Merchant Care, MES, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years of operations, e-commerce fulfillment experience or fast-paced environment.
• Advanced understanding of either outbound or inbound fulfillment operations.
• Must have access to a vehicle for travel.
• Ability to be on-site up to 90% of the time, including weekends and nights, if necessary.
• Proficient with MS Excel and related office tools.

Responsibilities

• Support 3PL partners to meet ShipBob metrics and KPIs.
• Provide training sessions and dashboard configuration for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot onboarding questions and ensure issue resolution with a focus on root cause analysis.
• Support inbound and outbound fulfillment operations to enable timely, accurate shipments.
• Collaborate with internal teams and 3PL partners to optimize space, inventory IDs, and cost efficiencies.
