Job summary

Altana is seeking an Agent Product Manager based in Amsterdam to lead the LSP account product strategy. You will own the product vision, align with customer operations, and drive deployment, adoption, and expansion of Altana’s platform within the account.

You will partner with Technical Account Managers to shape roadmaps and translate customer needs into actionable deliverables. You will spend significant time onsite at customer locations, learn their business models, and prioritize product

Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience for enterprise customers.
Experience with data-intensive, API-driven products.
Strong customer-facing collaboration, discovery, and pilots.
Familiarity with AI/ML-driven products and turning models into actions.

Responsibilities

Work onsite with customers to understand their business and operations.
Define product priorities from the LSP client perspective.
Set and track success metrics tied to customer impact.
Focus on the end-user experience for brokers, analysts, and operations teams.
Collaborate with Enterprise and Public Sector teams for coherent workflows and stories.
Capture insights from discovery, pilots, and post-launch feedback; prototype with AI.
Write clear requirements and prototype AI ideas before production code is written.
