Job summary

Altana is seeking an Agent Product Manager to lead strategic LSP accounts from onsite locations in Amsterdam. You own the product vision for accounts, define priorities, and ensure adoption and expansion with brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams.

You will partner with Technical Account Managers to shape roadmaps over 12–24 months, translate customer needs into concrete requirements, and collaborate with engineering to prototype AI-driven ideas before production.

Qualifications

• Shipped B2B products for enterprise customers.
• Experience working with API-driven or data-intensive products.
• Proven collaboration with brokers, compliance analysts, and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Work onsite with customers, learning their business models and operations.
• Translate customer needs into clear product priorities for Altana's LSP platform.
• Set success metrics tied to impact, and track progress against them.
• Collaborate with Technical Account Managers to shape roadmaps for accounts.
• Define requirements and prototype AI-driven ideas before production.
• Own the product vision for each account and drive adoption and expansion.
• Write clear requirements for engineers and coordinate with IT teams.
