Job summary

Altana is the network for trusted trade. We’re expanding our international government business in Europe and hiring a Solutions Consultant to lead on customs, trade and public sector use cases across the EU.

Based in the Netherlands with hybrid work, you’ll partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering, translate customer needs into technical demos, and help establish Altana’s presence in the Netherlands and beyond.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in international trade with customs/trade knowledge.
• Experience delivering software tools and frameworks; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive audiences.
• Ability to map a customer’s business problems to Altana’s solutions.
• Knowledge of EU operations or government procurement is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand international trade, Altana’s technology, and customer base; communicate effectively.
• Support the sales process with potential and existing customers in customs and trade space; identify new use cases.
• Become a power-user of the Altana platform to brief original analysis for the sales cycle.
• Contribute to the Altana product development process with product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
• Engage in firm-building activities to establish Altana’s presence in the EU, including in the Netherlands.
