Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent demonstrated through relevant work experience.
• At least >3 years of experience in hospital sales.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, driving license B.

Responsibilities

• Sell innovative medical products to existing and new customers to grow the business on the territory.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and deliver sustained value and support.
• Gain market insights and define new solutions for sales growth.
• Define projects within Value Based Selling and drive customer acquisition.
• Facilitate hospital trainings for surgeons, nurses and OR staff.
• Provide expert guidance on product use in surgeries.
• Generate sales analyses and adapt plans to improve performance.
• Communicate product value and participate in congresses and events.
