Qualifications

• PhD in health economics, health sciences, or MSc with equivalent research experience.
• 2-3 years of post-MSc pharma/consultancy experience without PhD.
• Knowledge of the Dutch healthcare system and reimbursement regulations.
• Experience with HEOR methods: cost-effectiveness, budget impact, QoL, real-world evidence.
• Experience developing market access deliverables like dossiers and economic analyses.
• Strong stakeholder and project management skills.
• Strong communication in written and verbal Dutch/English.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor Market Access & Pricing strategies for products/indications.
• Participate in product teams on Market Access & Pricing strategy and broader product strategy.
• Contribute to early launch activities for new products/indications.
• Evaluate local data needs and conduct or manage local research.
• Lead development of reimbursement dossiers and local cost-effectiveness models.
• Prepare and support negotiations with insurers or government bodies.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders in NL and internationally.
