Job summary

Amgen in the Netherlands is seeking a Value, Access & Policy Senior Associate to join our Oncology & Rare Franchise Team. You will translate strategic direction into research, evidence and coordinated execution to support patient access and outcomes across access, pricing and value initiatives.

You will collaborate with multiple functions to develop value materials, conduct targeted research, and manage cross-functional workplans to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
• Knowledge of HTA, reimbursement, healthcare funding, HEOR/RWE, value communication, and patient pathways.
• Skilled at managing projects, coordinating stakeholders and vendors, and driving cross-functional delivery with accountability and a “get things done” mindset.
• Adaptable, proactive, and results-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze payer landscapes, patient journeys, care pathways and generate actionable insights.
• Prepare value materials, dossiers, presentations and stakeholder plans.
• Coordinate workplans, timelines, vendors, KPIs/OKRs and cross-functional contributions.
• Translate complex questions into structured, practical outputs.
• Manage day-to-day priorities within agreed strategy and governance.
• Provide recommendations on evidence generation and value communication.
• Collaborate with VAP, Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Finance, Legal/Compliance, HEOR/RWE, Pricing, Policy and external stakeholders.
