Job summary

subrosa Health & Capital group seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support its expanding Medical Affairs presence in the Netherlands and to help prepare a groundbreaking oncology launch. The role is home-based, offering high autonomy and close collaboration with international teams across cross-functional Medical Affairs functions.

The successful candidate will bring Doctoral-level training, 8+ years of MSL experience in oncology, and the willingness to travel up to 60%

Qualifications

Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline.
8+ years of MSL or comparable industry experience in the Netherlands.
Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred.
Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites.
Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data.
Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education.
Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams.
Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities.
