Job summary

BeOne Medicines Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Senior Field Contracting Manager to lead regional and institutional contracting across hematology and oncology accounts in the Benelux region.

You will own end-to-end contracting, negotiation with hospital groups, and align pricing strategies with national policies to secure formulary inclusion and access. You will collaborate with KAMs, Medical Affairs and Market Access to drive access, develop tailored contracting proposals, and optimize contract

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substantial professional experience in contracting, pricing, procurement or market access.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical market access, hospital contracting, tender management, pricing, or health economics.
• Proven track record negotiating with hospital buying groups and procurement bodies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contracting and negotiation with hospital buying groups and hospital pharmacists to secure formulary inclusion and preferred positioning.
• Map procurement ecosystems and engage with buying group coordinators, procurement leaders, and hospital pharmacists.
• Develop and implement portfolio access strategies for hematology and oncology products, aligning with national pricing and reimbursement frameworks.
• Coordinate with Market Access & Pricing Director to translate national agreements into local access outcomes.
• Own end-to-end contracting processes, including drafting, validation, execution and compliance oversight.
• Prepare tender submissions that integrate clinical, economic and partnership value.
• Ensure audit-ready documentation and alignment with legal/compliance standards.
