Job summary

ViiV Healthcare, a specialist HIV-focused pharmaceutical company, seeks an experienced Market Access Lead to join the Netherlands Leadership Team. You will shape access, reimbursement, pricing, and value strategy for the HIV portfolio in the Netherlands, influencing decisions with real-world evidence and health economics insights.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Health Economics or related field.
• Significant experience in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Reimbursement, or Health Policy.
• Strong understanding of the Dutch healthcare and reimbursement environment.
• Experience engaging with payers, reimbursement bodies, and healthcare decision makers.
• Experience developing value propositions, economic arguments, and reimbursement strategies.
• Demonstrated leadership and influencing capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute national market access strategies for current and future HIV assets.
• Lead reimbursement readiness planning for new products and indications.
• Translate Dutch real‑world evidence, local cohort data, and healthcare insights into payer value propositions.
• Lead payer engagement and reimbursement negotiations through evidence-based strategies.
• Lead national pricing strategy across the portfolio and govern pricing decisions.
• Serve on the Netherlands Leadership Team and advise cross-functional leadership.
• Identify access barriers and drive actions to accelerate adoption.
