GSES System seeks an Onboarding and Support Specialist to help customers implement and adopt our sustainability platform. You will guide new users, provide product support via phone, email, and chat, and lead training sessions to ensure a smooth rollout.

You’ll collaborate with sales and development teams to address issues, gather feedback, and improve user experience, all while working from our Rotterdam office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or vocational degree required.
• Strong communication and a customer-centric mindset.
• Experience in onboarding or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients step by step through implementation of our platform.
• Provide technical and functional support via phone, email, and chat.
