Job summary

Interu is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own and nurture a portfolio of global clients, ensuring continued value from Interu’s sustainability-focused SaaS platform. You’ll report to the Head of Customer Success and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive renewals and expansions.

The role is Amsterdam or London based, with a mission-driven, collaborative team culture. You’ll balance technical understanding with clear client communication and help scale our customer

Qualifications

• 4+ years in SaaS customer success
• Fluent English; Dutch language skills preferred
• Experience coordinating multiple critical projects
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships with client stakeholders (IT, Compliance, Sustainability, C-level)
• Lead onboarding and project plans to accelerate time-to-value
• Deliver tailored professional services beyond core SaaS deliverables
• Provide timely user support and escalate technical issues
• Maintain accurate portfolio reporting and CRM data
• Gather user feedback to inform product roadmap and drive renewals and expansions
