• Responsible for the second part of the onboarding process after the recruitment team has matched the client and candidate.
• Ensure that customers and candidates have a smooth, positive experience.
• Act as the point of contact for questions, provide support and think of solutions.
• Use commercial insight and problem‑solving skills to make sure everything behind the recruitment process runs smoothly.
