Job summary

Proactive Global is seeking a Senior Operations Maintenance Technician to support automated sorting and material handling systems across multiple stations in the Netherlands. Based at the Amsterdam base, this on-site/mobile role requires travel and on-call duties.

You will perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, coordinate with vendors, and ensure safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in industrial maintenance or automation
• Experience with electrical/electronic/electromechanical systems
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on automated sorting and material handling systems
• Travel between multiple logistics stations across the Netherlands to provide on-site maintenance support
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, electromechanical, automation, and mechanical systems
• Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor systems and components
• Execute planned maintenance activities according to IBM Maximo schedules
• Identify equipment anomalies and resolve issues using established procedures and technical expertise
