Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years coordinating site activities in construction or data centres.
• Strong organisational skills to manage priorities and deadlines.
• On-site collaboration with Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule on-site installation and commissioning activities.
• Serve as central coordination point with Project Managers and subcontractors.
• Track inbound OEM equipment deliveries and staging with logistics teams.
• Maintain and update project schedules, trackers, and delivery milestones.
• Identify risks and blockers; escalate with actionable solutions.
• Attend client and internal meetings; document minutes and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with QA to document and close punch items and quality issues.
• Support document control on-site with delivery notes and inspection records.
