Job summary

Mindser Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 100% on-site contract role on data centre projects in the Netherlands/Belgium. The role requires leadership of all on-site construction activities, coordination of civil, structural and MEP works, and strict adherence to health and safety standards in line with German regulations.

You will manage subcontractors, monitor milestones, and ensure document control while supporting commissioning and handover activities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on data centre, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical construction projects.
• Strong background in construction delivery, ideally with exposure to MEP packages.
• Strong understanding of German construction regulations and site safety standards.
• Ability to drive programme and manage site performance in a fast-paced environment.
• SMSTS or equivalent safety certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing all on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with project programme, quality, and safety standards
• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors across multiple work packages (civil, structural, and MEP)
• Driving site productivity and ensuring delivery against key milestones
• Maintaining strict health & safety compliance in line with German regulations and company standards
• Monitoring daily site progress and reporting updates to the Project Manager and wider team
• Reviewing and coordinating site drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
• Identifying and resolving on-site issues, ensuring minimal disruption to programme
• Supporting logistics planning, material deliveries, and site coordination
• Ensuring quality control processes are followed and standards are consistently met
• Assisting with commissioning activities and ensuring readiness for system integration and handover
• Acting as a key point of contact on-site for subcontractors and internal teams
• Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, inspections, and change documentation
• Supporting risk management and implementing mitigation strategies where required
