Qualifications

Formal engineering qualification in a related field.
Proven experience managing field service team managers in a technical environment.
Strong leadership, coaching and people management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Field Delivery Managers to provide Services to customers, ensuring high performance and adherence to standards.
Drive Financial performance within the teams to meet forecasts and budget targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery processes and customer service.
Partner with support functions to align work schedules with customer demand and resource allocation.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions to maintain team effectiveness.
Analyze delivery data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to enhance efficiency.
Ensure health and safety regulations and company policies are followed.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
