Job summary

Salute is seeking a Project Coordinator with an electrical bias to support delivery of data centre construction and infrastructure projects in the Amsterdam region. The role blends site-based delivery, planning, coordination and project administration, working closely with Project Managers, engineers, contractors, suppliers and clients.

Ideal candidates have a strong organiser mindset and an electrical background or understanding of electrical engineering.

Qualifications

Good written and spoken English – essential.
Electrical or engineering qualification at vocational level or higher.
VCA safety certification or equivalent – desirable.
Understanding of Dutch electrical standards (NEN 1010/NEN 3140) – desirable.
Dutch language skills beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

Coordinating day-to-day project activities between PM, client, contractors and teams.
Supporting planning and sequencing of construction activities and short-term programmes.
Monitoring milestones, dependencies and deliverables with action owners.
Attending meetings and recording, assigning and closing actions.
Coordinating electrical installations and building-services interfaces.
Reviewing drawings and specs to identify coordination issues.
Supporting site surveys, inspections and verification of installations.
Maintaining project trackers, RFIs, change registers and logs.
Travel to project sites within Amsterdam region and Netherlands when required.
